Cypress employs a world class procurement system that manages pricing for 1,500+ vendors established all over the world. This allows for greater negotiating power on pricing, features, and availability.
Furthermore, this system uses a combination of MRP and Lean Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing tools like Kanban management systems to bridge the gap between what is on paper and what is really happening in terms of material demand. Material is available to our assembly floor when and only when it is needed and our inventory is reduced protecting us and our customers.

Engineering Changes

The only thing constant is change especially when it comes to product manufacturing. At Cypress, we expect it, and we have a process in place to help you manage it. From drawing and revision changes, to bill of material (BOM) changes, our system will protect you.
